Acceptance of Terms. By using https://studiomstyledbymaddie.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Studio M- Styled by Maddie markets and arranges Beauty Salon, Balayage, Highlights, Hair Stylist, Haircuts, Blowout Styling, Root Touch Up, Updo Styling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Studio M- Styled by Maddie (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Studio M- Styled by Maddie does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Studio M- Styled by Maddie arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Studio M- Styled by Maddie harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.
Modifications. Studio M- Styled by Maddie may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
